What data do we process?
We only process data that you provide to us yourself when using our services: email address, contact details and the content of your assignment.
Legal basis for processing
Performance of a contract — to process and deliver your assignment. Legal obligation — for fiscal and administrative purposes.
Retention period
We do not retain your data longer than necessary. Financial data is retained for 7 years pursuant to the statutory retention obligation for the tax authority.
Sharing of data
Your data is only shared with payment services and IT service providers to the extent necessary for the execution of your assignment. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You can exercise these rights via freedom@qaintai.org.
Complaints
If you believe that we are processing your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
All communication takes place via secure HTTPS connections. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorised access.
