A well-functioning local setup does require powerful hardware. I personally use a ROG laptop with an RTX 5080, i9 Ultra, 32GB RAM and 5TB SSD — but a desktop with a 16GB VRAM GPU (or more) could also work. It depends on your needs.
Up to four users can use Clouwn AI simultaneously, allowing you to save on AI subscriptions. Each user can have their own tools and permissions. Different roles can be assigned to the model — from accountant to homework assistant for the kids. Not everything, but a lot is possible.
